Finished garments are inspected against the approved sample and customer requirements before packing.

Final inspection covers measurements, workmanship, color and presentation against the approved sample and the customer’s inspection standard. AQL levels follow the customer’s instructions.
Inspectors record results by defect type and lot. Accepted goods move to needle detection and packing; rejected lots are re-worked and re-inspected.
